Our services involve personalized digital reports and consultations based on the information provided by the customer. Since these reports are customized and generated specifically for each individual, they cannot be reused or resold.
2. Refund Policy
- Due to the personalized nature of the services, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
- Once the report generation process has started, no refund requests will be accepted.
- Refunds will only be considered in specific situations: duplicate payment, undelivered service within promised timeline, or technical service-delivery failures.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before the report preparation process begins.
- Once the analysis or report preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.
4. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate birth details and personal information. We are not responsible for incorrect reports generated due to wrong information submitted by the user.
5. Processing Time
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
